The results of a post-mortem examination on a body discovered on the RTE campus in Dublin will determine the course of a Garda investigation, investigators said on Tuesday.

A man’s remains were found at the Donnybrook centre at about 10.30pm on Monday.

Gardaí said a coroner was notified and the scene examined. It is understood there were no immediate signs of foul play, but that investigations are ongoing.

“The deceased, who has not yet been formally identified, has since been removed to the Dublin City Morgue for post-mortem,” gardaí said in a statement.
