Range cooker owners wanting to expand their repertoire have a chance to up their game on Saturday, December 7th, when chef Paul Flynn will host a one-day Aga cookery course in his Tannery Cookery School in Dungarvan, Co Waterford. The course, which costs €120 and runs from 10am to 4pm, is suitable for both new and seasoned Aga users. It includes lunch with wine afterwards. Further details at tannery.ie
