Ireland's answer to Beetrix Potter? To convey the wonder of nature to her grandchildren, Dolores Keaveney from Mullingar wrote If I Were A Bee, which she then illustrated and self-published.
Almost by accident, she then found herself dressing up as a bee to read the story in libraries and bookshops.
Children fell so in love with the bees and their wonder-food that she's now published Beelicious, a honey recipe book for children.
