Italian food expert Ursula Ferrigno is at Ghan House in Carlingford, Co Louth on February 27th to 29th for a three-day food, wine and olive oil course, the individual parts of which can be booked separately. The weekend starts on Friday night, February 27th with an Italian wine tasting at 6.30pm (€35). The following day, Ferrigno will share the secrets of silky pasta, crispy pizza and more in a demonstration session that will include lunch (€75).
The afternoon will be taken up with a tutored olive oil tasting (€30).
