Protein amazeballs

Ingredients

  • 50g Medjool dates (deseeded) soaked in warm water for 15 minutes to rehydrate
  • 150g dried apple soaked in warm water for 15 minutes to rehydrate
  • 140g almonds
  • 150g cashews
  • 85g flax seeds
  • Half tsp ground cinnamon
  • To coat :
  • 50g bitter chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 20g toasted desiccated coconut

20g toasted desiccated coconut Melt the chocolate and roll the balls in the melted chocolate, then use a fork to take out and roll in toasted coconut. Keep in the fridge for up to seven days – if they last that long.
