Ingredients
- 250g walnuts, soaked in water overnight or for at least 10 hours
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 100ml olive oil
- 50ml water
- Lots of salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- Bunch each of fresh sage (about eight leaves) and oregano
- 50g grated Gruyère
- 100ml cream
This is also delicious for vegetable “pasta”, such as spiralised courgettes.
