Commercial agents Davin are quoting £1.15 million for a two-storey building on a key site at the corner of Main Street and Bath Place in Blackrock, Co Dublin. It will be sold at auction on July 5th. The property has a current rental income of £74,500 per annum, which Davin says should rise to £80,000 based on comparable evidence in the area. The yield based on the guideline price is around 4.6 per cent.
