Hamilton Osborne King is quoting £1.35 million for a prime 3,000 sq ft unit let to the fashion retailer Wallis in the O'Connell Centre in Sligo. Unit 2 is currently let at £74,000 per annum on a 15-year lease from 1997 with five-year, upward only rent reviews. HOK points out that the shopping centre in O'Connell Street is one of the prime provincial locations.
