A SHOPPING mall which forms part of Sandyford Shopping Centre at Blackthorn Drive, Dublin 16, is being offered for sale at £1.3 million through Harper O'Grady. Block 2, which includes a supermarket and six retail units, is currently producing an income of £113,575.
The largest tenant, Supervalu, is paying a rent of £30,000 for a floor area of 5,420 square feet. The other tenants are Typecraft Printers, ORM Kitchens, a post office, Handy Hire, Four Star Pizza and Riverline Trading. The shops adjoin a second mall.
