Lisney is seeking offers in excess of £1.5 million for a Georgian office investment at 45 Upper Mount Street, Dublin 2, which is to be sold by private treaty. Most of the 4,596 sq ft of space is let to the Consumer Association of Ireland at a rent of £20,600 per annum. However, there are two vacant floors. According to William Fennelly of the agents, the property offers significant reversionary growth potential. A price of £1.5 million would equate to around £325 per sq ft.
