New house sales remained strong in new developments launched last Thursday. The Ross McParland agency sold 47 houses valued at over £10 million in Woodstown Village at Ballycullen Road, Knocklyon, Dublin 16. Ellier Developments have now sold all homes in the current phase with the exception of three large five-bedroom detached homes. Ross McParland also sold £4 million worth of houses last weekend at Stepaside Park at Stepaside, Co Dublin.

In Foxrock, Hamilton Osborne King sold 15 of the 18 four and five-bedroom detached houses at Carrickmines Wood where prices ranged from £665,000 to £725,000. Only five of the 33 apartments offered for sale are still available.
