Agent Eoin McDermott and Co is seeking offers of around £100,000 (€126,97) for the lease of an office block of 16,250 sq ft at the Adelphi Centre in D·n Laoghaire. There are also 48 car-parking spaces.The vendor, GlaxoSmithKline, which is moving to larger premises in Rathfarnham, holds the block under a 35-year lease from 1992 at a current rent of £251,082 (€318,808). The next review is due in July, 2002.

The same agent is inviting offers for the lease of a 4,229 sq ft Georgian building at 44 Fitzwilliam Place which is rented at £120,000 (€152,368) per annum.
