Cosgrave Homes had another major success last weekend when it sold 83 apartments and houses in its latest scheme at Hampton Square at Navan Road, Dublin 7. Finnegan Menton took bookings worth £18 million. The scheme's proximity to the city centre, along with basement parking were strong selling points, according to the agents. Once the initial phase of 26 townhouses were sold, Cosgrave released the remaining 12 and four of these were immediately sold. Five of the townhouses are still available are two beds priced at £219,950 and three are three-bed units priced from £239,950 to £254,950. The one-bedroom apartments still available start at £149,950 and the two-bedroom apartments are priced from £179,950.
