A three-year-old detached industrial building with a high office content at the rear of The Red Cow Hotel, Naas Road, in west Dublin, is expected to make about £1 million when it is sold by tender through Morrisseys. The 14,600 sq ft building stands on a site of almost one acre with yard space and the potential for further expansion. It has road frontage and immediate access to the Naas Road and the M50. The block is being sold by the medical company PEI, which is relocating to a new 30,000 sq ft premises at the M50 Business Park in Ballymount. John Lombard of Morrisseys expects a high level of interest in the two-storey block because of the shortage of good-quality industrial buildings close to the Naas Road.

Mr Lombard has also advised Brady Catering, which has paid close to £1 million for a building of 17,000 sq ft in shell condition at Westgate Business Park at Ballymount. Hamilton Osborne King reports there is now only one remaining building available at Westgate.
