LISNEY expects to secure in excess of £1 million for Merrion Hall a large guesthouse at 54/56 Merrion Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, which is to go to auction on July 3rd. The building includes 15 en suite bedrooms and there is planning permission for a further eight. Merrion Hall is located opposite the RDS and is rated as a 4-star guesthouse by the AA.

The RAC gave it the Guest House of the Year Award in 1994.
