SHERRY FitzGerald is likely to secure in excess of £1 million for a development site of over half an acre at Talbot Street, Dublin 2, which is for sale by tender on April 25th. There is planning permission for a 90-bedroom hotel and a basement car-park for 42 cars on the site, which is located in a tax designated area.
