Lisney is likely to secure about £2.5 million for a large manufacturing plant at the entrance to Coolock Industrial Estate, off the Malahide Road in north Dublin. The 74,000square-foot premises, which is being sold by Shamrock Apparel, includes a two-storey office area with over 21,000 square feet. The building stands on a corner site of 3.47 acres at the junction of the Greencastle Road and Greencastle Parade. Caleb Kyle says the plant should be of interest to manufacturers, developers and investors.
