£2.5m Cookstown site has retail, leisure potential

Belfast agents Brown McConnell Clark are quoting a price of around £2

Belfast agents Brown McConnell Clark are quoting a price of around £2.5 million sterling for a five-acre site with retail warehouse or leisure potential in Cookstown, Co Tyrone. The German multiple food group, Lidl, has opened the first of a chain of Northern Ireland stores in Cookstown and is trading successfully. There is also a successful Tesco store near the site fronting on to Burn Road and Park Avenue. The site has a number of buildings, two currently under lease, with substantial vacant factory and park space. There is planning to demolish the existing structures and for the development of retail, restaurant and office space. The agents are selling the site as a development opportunity.
