A large industrial complex on four acres formerly occupied by the Ashtown Tin Box Company, Dublin 7 opposite the old Phoenix Park Race Course is expected to make in excess of £2.5 million when it is offered for sale by tender on December 10th. The high-profile site has 690 feet of frontage on to the Navan Road (N3) dual carriageway and is one mile from the M50 interchange. James Meagher of Sherry FitzGerald says that while the buildings are ideal for owner-occupiers looking for extensive industrial accommodation, they would also be ideal for retail warehousing, offices, tele-sales or a residential development.

The complex is occupied by Puratos Crest Foods and is comprised mainly of an extensive single-storey factory with two-storey offices and workshop. The ancillary buildings include a two-storey canteen and a prefabricated structure in the yard, stores, and various loading bays. There is about three-quarters of an acre undeveloped on the western side of the property.
