In Dalkey, Eoin Deering is seeking £2.5 million for Mount Alverno, a Victorian house on a one-acre elevated site on Nerano Road, following its withdrawal from auction.
Elsewhere in south Dublin, a four-bedroom bungalow at 6 Avondale Park, Killiney, was sold at auction for £420,000 through Sherry FitGerald.
Also in Killiney, Lisney is seeking £215,000 for a onebedroom cottage at 3 Hill Cottages, Killiney Hill Road, following its withdrawal from auction.
In Glenageary, Ailsa, a modern five-bedroom semi-detached house at 7 Silchester Road, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald at £640,000 and sold later for a price believed to be in the region of £750,000. Elsewhere in Glenageary, 19 Villarea Park, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn at £370,000 and sold later for a higher figure through Jackson-Stops.
In Blackrock, a five-bedroom house, Woodburn, at 31 Sydney Avenue, was withdrawn at £1.9 million and sold later for a higher figure through Sherry FitzGerald.
In Dublin 4, a four-bedroom townhouse at 2 Cambridge Avenue, Ringsend, was withdrawn at £228,000 by P J O'Dwyer and sold later for a higher figure. This is the third time the house has been sold by the same agent. In 1978 it made £15,000 while in 1987 it sold for £28,000.
In Dublin 2, a four-bedroom mews house, Haddington Mews at Haddington Place was withdrawn by Lisney which is quoting £1.5 million.
In Enniskerry, Co Wicklow, a three-bedroom house, Monkshill, Ballyman Road, was withdrawn by Jackson-Stops which is seeking offers over £500,000.
Dublin 6 and 8
A terraced two-bedroom house at 4 Leeson Park Avenue was sold at auction for £585,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.
In Ranelagh, 54 Mountpleasant Square, a two-storey over basement four-bedroom house was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good which is quoting £675,000.
In Rathgar, a five-bedroom house with a one-bedroom apartment at 5 Leicester Avenue was withdrawn at £440,000 and sold later for a higher figure through Doulgas Newman Good.
Also in Rathgar, Gunne Residential is quoting £350,000 for 59 Orwell Woods, a three-bedroom townhouse, following its withdrawal from auction.
In Dublin 8, 8 Carlisle Street, South Circular Road, a three-bedroom villa-style house was sold prior to auction for over the guide price of £370,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

In Clontarf, two semi-detached six-bedroom Georgian houses, Mount Vernon at 411/412 Clontarf Road, sold after auction through HOK Residential in separate lots: No 411 made over £700,000 while No 412 made about £700,000.
Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £425,000 for 10 Prospect Road, Glasnevin, a four-bedroom mid-terrace house after it failed to sell at auction. Nearby, 6 Prospect Square, a three-bedroom end of terrace house, made £250,000 at a Sherry FitzGerald auction.
In Drumcondra, Dublin 9, a four-bedroom terraced house at 59 Hollybank Road, was withdrawn by Lisney which is quoting £390,000.

A non-residential 22-acre farm at Ballycaghan, Kilcock, Co Kildare, was sold at auction for £305,000 through Coonan.
A 38-acre farm at Friarstown, The Curragh, was sold prior to auction through Colm McEvoy.
Near Naas, 13 acres at Coughlanstown East, Ballymore Eustace, was withdrawn at £286,000 by Colm McEvoy which is quoting £325,000.
Also in Co Kildare, Andrew J Nolan secured over the withdrawal figure of £70,000 after auction for 1292 Connolly Villas, Athgarvan, a three-bedroom semi-detached cottage.
A two-storey townhouse with development potential at 38 Railway Street, Navan, Co Meath, was sold at auction for £269,000 through Raymond Potterton.
A cottage on an acre overlooking Glencar Lake at Tormore, Glencar, Co Sligo, was sold prior to auction for over the guide price of £165,000 through D.M. Auctions.

A Carbery Road site with 4.6 acres off Griffith Avenue in Drumcondra, Dublin 9, was sold at auction for £7.2 million through Hamilton Osborne King.
In Dublin 7, the Hole in the Wall public house on Blackhorse Avenue was withdrawn from auction at £4.35 million by John Younge.
A development site at 5/6 City Quay, Dublin 2, was withdrawn at £6 million and is under negotiation through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.
Also in Dublin 2, a 2,450 sq ft office block, Grattan Court off Lower Mount Street, was withdrawn at £1.45 million and sold later for a higher figure through Agar.
John Younge secured £3.45 million at auction for Cassidys public house at Stillorgan Plaza, Lower Kilmacud Road, Stillorgan.
Also in Stillorgan, a 1.5-acre residential site on Upper Kilmacud Road was sold after auction for over £2.1 million through Donal O'Buachalla.
