LISNEY has begun marketing an industrial site of 2.7 acres with planning permission for a unit of 54,000 square feet at the Western Business Park in west Dublin. It is located opposite the large new sorting office operated by An Post.

The agents are not quoting a price for the land but similar sites in the area have been making in excess of £200,000 per acre.
