Twenty two-bed apartments starting at £129,950 and six three-bed townhouses from £158,500 are being released for sale as phase two of the Woodlands Park development in Ratoath, Co Meath.

Phase one, consisting of 28 semi-detached three and four-bed houses, sold out quickly in March. Two-bed apartments in this latest phase range is size from 620 to 750 sq ft while the three-bed townhouses have around 1,000 sq ft.
