Agents Palmer McCormack are seeking £1.7 million for an office investment, Trinity House, a former church and hall at Charleston Road, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, which has Hibernian Insurance Co as the main tenant. The current rent of £97,200 is expected to show a significant increase next year when three of the four tenants are due to have their rents reviewed.
