In Ballsbridge, 26 Herbert Park, a five-bedroom Edwardian semi-detached house, was withdrawn from auction by Lisney and is now on the market at £3.25 million. Nearby, a two-bedroom apartment, 68 The Cedars, on Herbert Park, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through HOK Residential.

Elsewhere in Dublin 4, a four-bedroom mews house at 9 Carlton Mews, Carlton Villas, off Shelbourne Road, was withdrawn at £740,000 by Sherry FitzGerald, which sold it later for a higher price.

A two-bedroom apartment, 44 Merrion Village, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £335,000.

A two-storey over garden level mid-terrace house at 55 Wellington Road was withdrawn from auction by Jackson-Stops and is now under negotiation.

Harper O'Grady achieved £207,000 at auction yesterday for 13 Pembroke Cottages, a two-bedroom mid-terrace cottage.

In Sandymount, 16 Tritonville Road, a four-bedroom end of terrace house, was sold after auction for over £860,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

A four-bedroom house at 57 Sandymount Road has been sold prior to auction for over the guide price of £525,000 by Bennetts.

Gunne Residential is seeking in the region of £500,000 for 133 Strand Road, Sandymount, a four-bedroom end of terrace house, following its withdrawal from auction at £450,000.

Still in Sandymount, a five-bedroom semi-detached house at 28 Claremont Park, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential, which is seeking £665,000.

On Haddington Road, a two-bedroom apartment at 6 The Square, Beggars Bush, was sold at auction for £375,000 through Pembroke McDonnell.

South Dublin

In Sandycove, Sherry FitzGerald has sold Seagrange, a five-bedroom Victorian villa-style house overlooking the sea, for over £3 million after auction. The property was withdrawn from auction last week but sold almost immediately afterwards. The same agent is seeking £3.5 million for Carrickmoleen, on Killiney Hill Road, a five-bedroom Victorian detached house on two acres, after it failed to sell at auction. Also withdrawn was Hamp House, on Killiney Hill Road, a six-bedroom detached house on 0.5 acres which failed to sell at a Jackson-Stops auction yesterday. It is now under negotiation.

Elsewhere in Killiney, a five-bedroom detached house at 7 Beech Court, Killiney, has been sold prior to auction for over £430,000 through Jackson-Stops.

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £265,000 for Ballinclea Cottage on Ballinclea Road, Killiney, after it failed to sell at auction.

In Ballybrack, a two-bedroom bungalow, Mountain Villa, on Church Road was sold at a Douglas Newman Good auction for £275,000.

In Glenageary, Lisney secured £510,000 at auction for Lulindi, a four-bedroom semi-detached house on Adelaide Road. A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 21 Villarea Park, Glenageary, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential, which sold it later for over the guide price of £340,000.

In Dun Laoghaire, a four-bedroom detached house, Ashbourne, on Corrig Road, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £560,000.

In Blackrock, a three-bedroom house at 20 Priory Drive was withdrawn at £400,000 and sold later for about £440,000 by Douglas Newman Good.

Bennetts secured over £435,000 after auction for 15 Hyde Park Avenue, Blackrock, a four-bedroom semi-detached house.

A semi-detached house at 75 Main Street, Blackrock, was sold after auction for over £600,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

Lisney is seeking £950,000 for 6 Upper Prince Edward Terrace, Blackrock, a four-bed terraced house, after it was withdrawn.

Also in Blackrock, 8 St Helen's Villas, on Rock Road, a four-bedroom semi, was withdrawn and sold later by Lisney. In Mount Merrion, 85 South Avenue, a three-bedroom semidetached house, was sold at a Jackson-Stops auction for £410,000.

In Booterstown, Co Dublin, a four-bedroom detached house at 12 Dornden Park, was sold at auction for £655,000 through Cumisky Auctioneers.

Also in Booterstown, a five-bedroom semi-detached house at 4 Trimleston Road, was withdrawn by HOK Residential, which is seeking £450,000

In Foxrock, Daphne L. Kaye & Associates secured £1.7 million at auction for Clarmallagh, on Brighton Road, Foxrock, a distinctive villa-style four-bedroom period house on 1.2 acres.

A five-bedroom detached house at 16 Brighton Hall, Foxrock, was withdrawn by Lisney.

A six-bedroom detached house, Mildmay, on Leopardstown Road, Foxrock, was withdrawn at £1.5 million and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGerald.

In Kilmacud, 85 Slieve Rua Drive, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was sold at a Lisney auction for £245,000.

A five-bedroom detached house at 24 Coppinger Wood, Stillorgan, was withdrawn by Daphne L Kaye & Associates, which is seeking £660,000.

Also in Mount Merrion, 46 Callary Road, a four-bedroom detached house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £470,000.

A five-bedroom detached house, Littlegrange, at Stonebridge Road, Rathmichael, has been sold after auction for well over £825,000 by Daphne L Kaye & Associates.

Still in Rathmichael, Woodberry, on Falls Road, a five-bedroom house, was sold at auction for £810,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

A one-acre residential site in Glencullen, Kilternan, Co. Dublin was sold after auction for over the guide price of £300,000 through Jackson-Stops.

In Dublin 14, a five-bedroom semi-detached house at 18 Frankfort Park, Dundrum, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £585,000.

Gunne Residential secured £1.5 million at auction for Shoyswell, on Highfield Road, Rathgar, a detached five-bedroom Edwardian house on 0.4 acres.

Elsewhere in Rathgar, a two-bedroom apartment, 17 Eastmore, on Bushy Park Road, was withdrawn at £280,000 and sold later for a higher price through Lisney.

The same agent is seeking over £350,000 for a twobedroom bungalow at 36 Orwell Woods, Orwell Park, following its withdrawal from auction.

Lisney secured just under £1.3 million in after-auction negotiations for Cowper Lodge, a four-bedroom detached house on Cowper Road. Also in Rathgar, 30 Grosvenor Road, a three-bedroom terraced house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £595,000.

In Rathmines, a four-bedroom villa-style house at 1 Cambridge Villas was sold at auction for £825,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

A four-bedroom semi-detached house with a one-bedroom apartment at 6 Cambridge Road, Rathmines, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Douglas Newman Good.

A detached five-bedroom period house in eight units at 28 Belgrave Square, Rathmines, was sold at auction for £815,000 through HOK Residential.

Nearby, on Belgrave Square West, number 38, a four-bedroom mid-terrace house, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £1 million.

Sherry FitzGerald secured £615,000 at auction for 22 Ormond Road, Rathmines, a four-bedroom end of terrace house.

Lisney is seeking £685,000 for 8 Rathdown Crescent, Terenure, a five-bedroom semi-detached home, after it was withdrawn from auction.

A five-bedroom mid-terrace house at 23 Lower Kimmage Road was withdrawn by HOK Residential, which is quoting £300,000-plus.

In Harold's Cross, 3 Casimir Road, a four-bedroom terraced house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £375,000.

In Ranelagh, 37 Oakley Road, a four-bedroom terraced house, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £465,000.

A one-bedroom cottage on a corner site at 10 Richmond Place, Dublin 6, was sold at auction for £187,000 by Youngs. A two-bedroom semi-detached house at 105 Emmet Road, Inchicore, Dublin 8, was sold at auction for £132,500 through Leahy Property Consultants.

At 76 Heytesbury Street, a twobedroom mid-terrace house was withdrawn at £200,000 and is under negotiation through Harper O'Grady.

Still in Dublin 8, a three-bedroom house at 50 Raymond Street made £266,000 through McNally Handy & Partners.

North Dublin

A three-bedroom semi-detached house at 40 St Margaret's Road, Malahide, fetched £440,000 through Lisney. In Portmarnock, a four-bedroom detached house, Tarsus, at Strand Road, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is quoting £500,000.

A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 15 Glencarraig, Sutton, Dublin 13, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £420,000.

In Glasnevin, 79 Lindsay Road, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £400,000.

Gunne Residential fetched £294,000 at auction for 394 Griffith Avenue, a three-bedroom semi-detached house in Drumcondra.

Wicklow

In Newcastle, Trudder Lodge, a six-bedroom house on 3.2 acres, was withdrawn by joint agents Lisney and Ganly Walters, which are quoting £2.5 million.

In Enniskerry, six acres at Bally Orney Road was withdrawn by Rameses Estates, which is quoting about £500,000.

Jackson-Stops is quoting £230,000-plus for Moyville, a three-bedroom semi-detached cottage at Black Lion, Greystones, following its withdrawal from auction.

Also in Greystones, a bungalow on 0.75 acres, Slieve Na Mon, at New Road, was withdrawn by Douglas Newman Good, which is seeking over £490,000. In Ashford, Aisling Cottage, a two-bedroom cottage, fetched £266,000 through Clarke Auctioneers.

Provincial

The State has paid £5.65 million at auction for Longtown Demesne in Sallins, Co Kildare. Standing on 350 acres, the property includes a house, gate lodge, managers house, extensive farm buildings together with high yield arable lands, pastures and woodland. The selling agent was Colm McEvoy.

In Co Cork, Ahakista House, a five-bedroom Georgian house on four acres, at Ahakista, was withdrawn and sold later for a price believed to be close to the guide price of £1.25 million through joint agents, Jackson-Stops and Michael Daniels. Brady & Co is seeking £75,000 for a cottage on 0.25 acres at Balybrack, Kilcock, Co Kildare, following its withdrawal from auction.

In Kilcullen, a three-bedroom house on 0.75 acres at Mile Mill was sold at auction for £266,000 through Jordan Auctioneers.

Near Straffan, a four-bed bungalow on an acre, Waterbury at Ardclough, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Coonan.

A residential/investment property at Main Street, Newbridge, was withdrawn at £260,000 by Brophy Farrell and sold later for a higher price.

Two terraced houses at 1 and 2 Buckleys Court, Maynooth, were sold at auction in one lot for £120,000 by Brady & Co.

A four-bedroom house, Foxcroft, at Stacumney, Celbridge, was withdrawn by HOK Residential, which is seeking £390,000.

Still in Co Kildare, a three-bedroom cottage on 0.33 acres, Woodbine Cottage, on Mill Lane, Leixlip, was withdrawn by HOK Residential, which is quoting £275,000.

In Co Meath, a 101-acre non-residential farm at Reask, Dunshaughlin, was withdrawn at £750,000 and is under negotiation through Ronald Duff & Associates.

A bungalow on 29 acres at Isaacstown, Rathmoylan, Enfield, was sold at auction for £320,000 through Matt Bruton & Associates.

In Ratoath, Loudwater House, at Porterstown, Ratoath, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Ronald Duff & Associates.

T.E. Potterton auctioned two properties. At Swainstown, Dunsany, a 5.25-acre plot was sold for £103,000. Near Trim, a house on 17 acres at Scurlogstown was withdrawn at £430,000 and is under negotiation.

Also in Co Meath, a 57.2-acre farm at Fennor, Ardcath, was auctioned in two lots by Ronald Duff & Associates. Lot 1: 55 acres was withdrawn at £380,000 and is under negotiation. Lot 2: 2.2 acres was withdrawn.

In Co Laois, three-bed house Tinnakill House, on 140 acres, at Coolrain, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential.

A site with planning permission for three houses on Strand Road, Rosslare Strand, Co Wexford, was sold at auction for £160,000 by Keogh and Associates.

Still in Co Wexford, a three-bedroom farmhouse on four acres, Fox Hill, Clone, Ferns, was withdrawn and sold later through Sherry FitzGerald-O'Leary.

In Dundrum, Dublin 14, Usher House, a 420 sq m self-contained office building, on Main Street, was sold at auction for £2,025,000 through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.

Number 48 Upper Mount Street, an office building, was withdrawn by joint agents Palmer McCormack and Gunne and is now under negotiation.

Hamilton Osborne King fetched £500,000 at auction for a site to the rear of Lower Ormond Quay at 22 Great Strand Street. In Dublin 3, Gunne Commercial sold Annesley House public house, North Strand, for a price believed to be about £1.8 million.

The Curragh Inn, Edward Street, Newbridge, Co Kildare, was withdrawn at £2.2 million and is under negotiation with Jordan and John Younge.

In Athy, The Castle Inn, Leinster Street, was withdrawn at £770,000 and is under negotiation through Colm McEvoy.

In Portlaoise, Egans Hostelry, Main Street, was withdrawn at £2 million and is under negotiation through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.

In Co Louth, the Warrenstown Arms licensed premises, Warrenstown, Drumree, was withdrawn by McDonald Bros.

In Co Cork a 0.23-acre development site at de Valera Street, Youghal, was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £180,000.
