A Victorian semi-detached house at 7 Leeson Parkin Dublin 6 has been sold prior to auction for a price in the region  of €3.7 million, writes Kate McMorrow.

Lisney had initially guided €2.4 million for the five-bedroom house, which has mews potential to the rear. However, the guide price was quickly raised to €3 million when early viewings indicated very strong interest.

The redbrickhouse has over 278 sq m (3,000 sq ft) of living space, while a garage at the end of the garden has access onto Chelmsford Avenue.
