The Ross McParland new homes agency had another busy weekend. All 30 two-bedroom apartments, with a value of £5 million, were sold in the latest phase of Tolka Vale, between Glasnevin and Finglas. Prices ranged mainly from £132,000 to £160,000 for the units which have between 603 and 670 sq. ft. Most were bought by first-time buyers.

The agency is now marketing two fifth-floor penthouses with 1,047 sq. ft and 1,147 sq. ft, as well as roof terraces. These are priced at £275,000 and £295,000 respectively.

Ross McParland also sold 37 of the 50 three and four-bedroom houses in the Sandford Wood development at Swords, Co Dublin. Three-bed semis were priced at £150,000.
