The Lisney agency is expecting bids in the region of £320,000 for Troydene, a 1950s four-bedroom semi-detached house on Packenham Road, Monkstown, Co Dublin, which goes to auction on October 27th. Troydene is one of only two modern houses on a road dominated by Victorian redbricks.

While the 1,350 sq ft house is in need of some refurbishment, there is potential to extend into and over the integrated garage.
