Co Kildare/from €290,000: Launching this weekend is the final phase of Rockbridge, a Menolly Homes scheme at Simonstown Manor in Celbridge, Co Kildare. Three-bedroom terraced and semi-detached houses are on offer, with prices ranging from €290,000 to €310,000.

The location of Rockbridge will be of interest to those familiar with Celbridge - off Ardclough Road on the southern side of the Liffey and a well-favoured part of the town. The train station at Hazelhatch is within easy reach.
