The Alfa Laval Agri corporate headquarters building at the IDA's Cloverhill Industrial Estate in Clondalkin, Dublin 22, is expected to make between £2.5 million and £3 million when it is sold by tender through Lisney on September 25th. The hightech, 32,260 sq ft building stands on a site of 5.25 acres, offering lots of scope for further developments. About 7,000 sq ft of the 16,000 sq ft of office space on the first floor is let to Reckitt & Coleman on a short lease. Caleb Kyle of Lisney says the building would be ideal for tele-marketing and software development companies.
