Lisney is quoting about £3 million for Parkgate Hall, a large period building beside the entrance to the Phoenix Park, Dublin 8, which is currently being upgraded and converted into a 177-bedroom hostel. The developers have, alternatively, sought permission to use it as a 46-bedroom hotel. The building may also be let at a rent of around £300,000 per annum. Tenders close on December 10th.
