All 42 houses in the first phase of the Grange Manor development in Lucan, Co Dublin, were sold last weekend. Leahy Property Consultants, which handled the £6 million in sales, is due to release a further 36 houses this weekend. There are two houses available at this stage, a four-bedroom semi with 1,320 sq ft which will cost £147,000, and a four-bedroom detached unit (1,340 sq ft) priced at £175,000. All 78 houses are due to be completed by the end of the year.
Eamonn Foley of the Ross McParland agency also sold 40 homes last weekend in the Giltspur Brook scheme at Bray, Co Wicklow. An additional eight three-bedroom semis now going for sale will cost from £149,950 to £156,950.
