Dublin 15: m €249,000: Fifty more apartments at the waterfront Royal Canal Park scheme in Dubin 15 go on sale today with agents Hooke & McDonald.

Strong demand at the first launch of stylish one, two and three-bedroom apartments earlier this month has prompted developers Ballymore to release a further allocation of units.

Bookings will be taken this weekend at a 650sq m (7,000sq ft) marketing suite, which includes one and two-bedroom apartments along with a range of models and displays providing extensive information on Royal Canal Park and the local area.

Prices start at €249,000 at Royal Canal Park, which is close to the Phoenix Park and within minutes' of the city centre, either through the Phoenix Park or via Phibsborough.

One-bedroom apartments of 45sq m (484sq ft) are priced from €249,000. Two-beds of 70sq m (750sq ft) start at €330,000 and three-bedroom units of 90sq m (968sq ft) cost from €385,000.

When completed, the 40-acre site in the Tolka and Royal Canal area will contain around 1,200 apartments and townhouses and facilities including transport, a crèche, convenience stores and cafés.

A big selling point for the scheme is the high-quality fit-out in the apartments. Funky mirrored splashbacks and a full range of integrated appliances come as standard in the kitchens. A matching breakfast bar is an optional extra.

The main open-plan living area opens onto a decked balcony or terrace.
