Dublin 18/from €340, 000: The second phase of a popular residential scheme overlooking Carrickmines golf course in Dublin 18 is on the market this week.
Fifty apartments, duplexes and houses at Carrickmines Green go on sale through joint agents Hooke and MacDonald and Douglas Newman Good New Homes tomorrow from a marketing suite on the site.
Prices at Carrickmines Green start at €340,000 for one-bedroom apartments measuring 42-46s m (456-495sq ft).
Two-bedroom apartments with 59-81sq m (640-870sq ft) are priced from €450,000 and three-bedroom duplex townhouses with 110sq m (1,180sq ft) are priced from €635,000
Finally, three-storey four-bedroom houses with 148sq m (1,590sq ft) are from €820,000.
One hundred units were sold in the first launch last year and it is envisioned that there will eventually be 315 units in total at the site. Completions are due from Autumn 2007, according to the selling agents.
Located just off the M50 motorway on the Glenamuck Road, Carrickmines Green is located on the foothills of the Dublin mountains.

Carrickmines Green is being built by Laragan Homes, the company behind The Belfry in City West and Archers Wood near Blanchardstown.
