Lisney expects to secure in excess of £550,000 for a partially let investment property at 28 Westmoreland Street, Dublin 2, which is to be auctioned on June 25th. The ground floor is occupied by Spar on a staggered rent currently at £20,000, rising to £22,000 next December and due to go to £25,000 in November, 1999. The shop is held under a 35-year lease with upwards-only rent reviews.
