This is the first let of the sixth and seventh floor apartment, at Beechwood Court, on Stillorgan Road, Co Dublin. Jackson Homes' Beechwood Court scheme comprises over 300 units on an 11-acre site located off Farmleigh Avenue. Letting agent Sarah Butler says the apartment, which has a glamorous designer fitout, is pitched at corporate couples.
The big "wow" factor at the penthouse are the eye-popping views over the city thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living areas on the seventh floor. The main bedroom is also on this floor with the second and third bedroom found on the sixth floor. The apartment comes with two car-parking spaces.
