A premium of £60,000 is being sought for the Videodrome shop at the Stillorgan Shopping Centre in south Dublin. Located on the outside of the centre beside McDonald's, the shop has 960 sq ft. The current rent of £43,000 is not due to be reviewed until 2001. Hamilton Osborne King is handling the assignment.
