A DEVELOPMENT site of 1.5 acres backing on to the grounds of St Brendan's Hospital, at Grangegorman, Dublin 7, is expected to make in excess of £700,000 when it is sold by tender through Douglas Newman Good. There are currently about 20,000 square feet of industrial buildings occupied by J.R. Bailey and Print Services on the site. The new owners are expected to seek a rezoning of the site, which has entrances on to Manor Street and Fingal Place. Ben Pearson of the selling agents said the site was ideal for a development of townhouses or apartments. Tenders close on April 30th.
