Lisney is seeking in the region of £750,000 (952,300) for a retail investment at West Street in Drogheda, Co Louth, which is producing a rent of £43,000 (54,600) per annum.
Esat Digifone occupies the building under a 35-year lease, which is due to be reviewed in 2006.
According to Aoife McCrystal, at that guide price the investment would produce an initial return of 5.3 per cent.
