A Dublin businessman has paid in the region of £800,000 for an office investment at Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2, in a deal which will give him a yield of just over 9 per cent.

Three tenants currently pay rents of £78,000 for the modern five-storey over basement building which was refurbished in 1990. There are three car parking spaces to the rear. The basement, ground and first floors are occupied by Workstations Training Ltd under a 35-year lease at £37,500 per annum. The three other floors are let on five yearly leases.

The sale was handled by Lambert Smith Hampton and Harrington Bannon acted for the purchaser.
