Druker Fanning is quoting a guideline price in excess of £800,000 for the four-storey over basement building at 63/64 Upper O'Connell Street, which has a floor area of 8,700 square feet. There is a rear access from Henry Place. It adjoins National Irish Bank on one side and McDonalds fast-food restaurant on the other. Tenders close on December 11th.
