A site of 0.16 acres with planning permission for two mews houses at the rear of 5 Park Road, Park Lane, D·n Laoghaire, was withdrawn at £200,000 (253,947) and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGerald.
On Brennanstown Road, a two-bedroom apartment at 12 Beckett Hall, Carrickmines Wood, was withdrawn by Daphne L Kaye & Associates, which is seeking £795,000 (1m).
Gunne Residential is seeking £560,000 (711,053) for a four-bedroom detached house at 106 The Rise in Mount Merrion, following its withdrawal from auction.
Billy O'Sullivan is seeking £470,000 (596,776) for 18 Moyne Road in Ranelagh, a three-bedroom house, following its withdrawal from auction at £420,000 (533,289).
In Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, a two-bedroom apartment at 6 Laurel, Hazeldene, Anglesea Road, was withdrawn at £860,000 (1.09m) and is under negotiation through Daphne L Kaye & Associates.
In Co Wicklow, a five-bedroom house on 10.75 acres, Clooneen, Delgany, was auctioned in two lots by HOK Residential: Lot 1, comprising the house on 1.75 acres, was withdrawn and is now quoting £700,000 (888,816); Lot 2, 8.8 acres, was withdrawn and is quoting £1m (1.27m).

In Co Kildare, a 95-acre residential farm at Balkinstown, Nurney, was sold at auction for £730,000 (926,908) through Jordan Auctioneers.
A site of 61 acres with outline planning permission for one house at Knockanally was sold at auction for £420,000 (533,289) through French Estates.
JP & M Doyle sold a 15-acre holding at Bishopscourt, Kill, Co Kildare at auction for £220,000 (279,342).
Also in Co Kildare, French Furze Cottage, a four-bedroom thatched cottage, was withdrawn at £272,000 (345,368) by Colm McEvoy.
In Co Meath, Teltown House, Navan, a period house on 158 acres, was sold at auction for £1.375 million (1.74m) by Sherry FitzGerald-Armstrong.
In Co Westmeath, Murtagh Bros withdrew Rathdrishogue Farm at Dysart, Mullingar, a five-bedroom house on 155 acres, at £760,000 (965,000).
Kieran & McGee sold Glebe House, a period house on 49 acres at Corstown, Draughnstown, Togher, Co Louth at auction for £437,000 (554,875).
In Co Carlow, a three-bedroom house on 132 acres at Cloneen, Nurney, was withdrawn at £735,000 (933,257) by Patrick Dawson, which is seeking £800,000 (1.01m).
In Co Cork, a four-bedroom Georgian house on 93 acres, Dunbarry House at Buttevant, was withdrawn at £540,000 (685,658) and is under negotiation through Jackson-Stops.

In Dublin 1, a four-storey commercial building at 1/3 Upper Ormond Quay was sold at a Lisney auction for £1.53m (1.93m).
Also in Dublin 1, a licensed premises, Clancys at Princes Street, was withdrawn at £3.85 million (4.88m) by John Younge, which is quoting £4m-plus (5.07m) .
In Kells, Co Meath, Jacks Railway Bar plus a five-bedroom house was withdrawn at £900,000 (1.14 million) by Sherry FitzGerald which is quoting £1.2m (1.52m).
In Co Kildare, a corner premises with planning permission for nine apartments and two shop units at Kilmeague, Naas, was withdrawn at £230,000 (292,039) by Brophy Farrell, which is quoting £270,000 (342,829).
Sherry FitzGerald Davitt & Davitt sold Moore's pub at Dominick Street, Mullingar, at auction for £663,000 (841,836).
In Co Wicklow, a 4,896 sq ft residential/commercial property at Main Street, Blessington, was sold at auction for £305,000 (387,270) by JP & M Doyle.
