The Hooke & MacDonald agency will be pitching for Irish buyers next week when it takes bookings for a range of residential properties in Ireland, North and South, Scotland and Spain, at a Property Showcase in the Radisson St Helen's Hotel on the Stillorgan Road, in Dublin, from October 7th to 10th. To coincide with the event, the agency is launching a number of new apartments developments in Dublin and other parts of the country which qualify for tax breaks. The agency has been appointed to market three apartments developments on the Costa del Sol, two of them overlooking golf courses.

Meanwhile, Hooke & MacDonald, along with Dublin Corporation and the Construction Industry Federation, are reporting strong bookings for a conference on urban renewal, which is to be held at the St Helen's Hotel on October 6th.
