NEW agencies are popping up all over the place as the property industry continues to shed jobs.

After 17 years specialising in the south Dublin property market, Ed Dempsey has established his own firm in Dúun Laoghaire trading as Ed Dempsey Associates. The firm provides residential sales, letting and property management services.

As an introductory offer, Dempsey says he is charging competitive fees of 1 per cent on sales. In addition, he is offering to refund up to €500 from advertising costs on completion of the sale.
