Agents Hooke & MacDonald reports sales of £30 million worth of apartments and houses from three separate launches last weekend. Cosgrave sold 103 apartments at its new Westend Village scheme in Blanchardstown. A total of 78 two-bedroom apartments and 25 three-bedroom homes were booked with a value of £16 million. The final 41 apartments are now being released for sale, 18 two-beds from £129,950 and 23 three-beds from £141,950. In Lucan, Hooke & MacDonald sold 51 houses grossing £11 million in sales in the Larkfield development being handled by Fitzgibbon Brothers. A further 10 houses have been released for sale. The third launch was in Glasgow, where 27 apartments were sold to buyers from the Republic. The units are being developed in a converted church and cost from £55,000 sterling to £70,000.
Ross McParland had a successful weekend when the agency sold all 40 houses with a value of £6 million in a Hayden's Park, a Tower Homes scheme at Lucan, Co Dublin. Another 40 houses in the second phase are being released this weekend.
