DUBLIN'S Temple Bar area may shortly get another banking outlet. AIB has sought planning permission to convert The Shirt Shops at 2 Temple Bar Square for use as a bureau de change with an automatic teller machine. Even if planning permission is obtained, it will still require the approval of the Temple Bar Properties.
