More condominiums will be on show in the Westbury Hotel this weekend, this time in Humber Valley in Newfoundland, Canada.

Quite a few Irish investors have already bought cottages and chalets (still available, from €435,000) in this resort. Now one and two-bedroom condominium apartments of 83-120sq m (889-1,292sq ft) costing from €260,950 are on offer, with a 6 per cent two-year rental guarantee.

Apartments and villas in Ocean's Edge Resort in St Kitts in the Eastern Caribbean costing from around €300,000 are also being sold. Newfound Property International's exhibition is on Friday and Saturday, March 31st and April 1st.
