The first phase of Bradogue Court, a new apartment development being built on the site of the Cherrymount Lawn Tennis Club near Hanlon's Corner in Dublin 7 is being sold off the plans from today by Hooke & MacDonald.
Situated on Annamoe Road opposite Hanlon's bar and restaurant and beside Park House office complex, the first 20 apartments start at €240,000.
Ultimately Bradogue Court will be a scheme of 60 units in a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, two-bed duplex units and three-bed townhouses.
There will be 43 one and two-bedroom apartments in total. The one-beds, ranging from 44-50 sq m (470-540 sq ft) start from €240,000 while the two-beds are from 58-76 sq m (625-820 sq ft) and cost from €295,000.
There will be also be 10 70 sq m (750 sq ft) two-bed duplex houses in the scheme starting at €330,000 and seven three-bed townhouses ranging in size from 87-104 sq m (931-1,120 sq ft) and costing from €385,000.
Stonebriar Properties Ltd is developing the scheme, which has been designed by CPM Architecture.
Four blocks of units will be laid out around a landscaped courtyard and gardens will surround the buildings. Parking is mainly underground.
The scheme will have a residents' roof garden and will have security gates at the entrance.
Most of the apartments will have balconies or terraces, and wall tiling is standard in kitchens and bathrooms.
