The first block of 122 apartments at Mount St Anne's in Milltown, Dublin 6, virtually sold out last weekend, with total sales reaching £35 million.

Only four of the units remained unsold by the time the show apartments closed on Sunday evening, according to Ronan O'Driscoll of Hamilton Osborne King.

One-bedroom apartments made from £185,000; two-bedroom units fetched from £265,000 while three-bedroom units went from £400,000.

Buyers were also found for three penthouses which made from £450,000 to £1,150,000. All the units come with integrated electrical appliances.

Park Developments plans to release a second block of 66 apartments early in 2001.
