Citywest Plaza is a scheme of one and two-bedroom apartments which forms part of the new Citywest Shopping Centre.

The four-storey block comprises a total of 17 apartments and was built by Davy Hickey, the developer behind the Citywest Campus and the Citywest Shopping Centre.

Prices are firmly pitched at the large pool of young professionals working in Citywest.

One-bedroom apartments with 47-57sq m (506-614sq ft) are priced from €260,000.

Two-bedroom apartments with 66-70sq m (715-759sq ft) of space cost from €290,000.

Selling agent Savills HOK will be taking bookings at show units on site this weekend.

Finish at Citywest Plaza includes modern kitchens with appliances, floor and wall tiling in bathrooms and balconies with each unit.

One surface car-parking space has been allocated for each unit.

A big selling point at the scheme is likely to be the proposed Citywest Luas stop, which is due in 2009.

The newly-opened Citywest Shopping Centre is anchored by Dunnes Stores and has a range of shops, including Eddie Rockets, Costa Coffee, O'Brien's Wine, McCabe's Pharmacy, Lifestyle Sports and Carphone Warehouse.

Citywest Business Campus is home to over 130 national and international companies, with approximately 6,500 employees working on site.
