London: from €490,000Arsenal fans have a chance to score at Highbury Square in north London by investing in one of the luxury apartments being built in the grounds of the famous football club.
The Stadium, Highbury Square, a development of studio and one, two and three-bedroom apartments, is being launched in Ireland at the Westbury Hotel, Dublin, from next weekend, February 3rd to February 5th, with prices ranging from €420,000 for one-beds up to €€637,617 for two-beds.
In all, some 711 units will be built in the development, first launched in the UK last autumn. Up to 20 Irish investors bought apartments then - including one Belfast buyer who insisted on getting an apartment with the same number as the number of goals scored by Ian Wright.
The Arsenal stadium, built in 1913, is a listed building and will be incorporated into the complex, which will be arranged around a new two-acre garden square. The Stadium will be 500 yards from Arsenal's new home, Emirates Stadium, which will open in August. Selling agents are Mannion auctioneers, in association with Savills.
